By purchasing from Metcalfe Iron Works, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Conditions
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. I do my best to keep all information accurate and up to date.

2. Product Information
All items are handmade and may vary slightly from photos. I strive to provide accurate descriptions, but cannot guarantee that colors or finishes will appear exactly as shown on your screen.

3. Order Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. I may contact you if there are any issues with your order, such as availability or shipping delays.

4. Shipping & Delivery
I currently ship within Canada and the United States only. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Metcalfe Iron Works is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns
Please refer to our Return Policy for details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, text, and designs—is the property of Metcalfe Iron Works and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Metcalfe Iron Works is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
