Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Metcalfe Iron Works. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
